But first, let’s get the formalities out of the way. These terms explain how things work around here—simple, fair, and focused on your security and privacy.

1. What CV Mgr Offers

CV Mgr helps you:

• Organize and store your CV, job history, and education details.
• Create motivational applications using AI tools and ready-made templates.
• Access additional advice and tips via our blog to boost your job applications.

While we do our best to offer reliable tools and advice, please remember: all suggestions, texts, and generated content should be used responsibly. It’s up to you to apply good judgment when using what we provide.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions to fit your needs.
• If you ever need a break, you can pause your subscription anytime and keep your data safe with us.
• Since this is a digital service delivered immediately, we don’t offer refunds.

3. Your Account, Your Responsibility

• Your account is personal—sharing it with others isn’t allowed.
• Protect your login credentials. If someone misuses your account, let us know ASAP.
• If we notice excessive or abusive use of the service, we may suspend or terminate your account. Don’t worry, we’ll try to work with you first if anything goes wrong.

4. Who Owns the Content?

• You do! Everything you create or store in CV Mgr—like your CV or motivational letters—belongs to you.
• We may analyze anonymized data to make our services better, but that’s it.

5. Keeping Things Up and Running

• We aim to provide a stable and reliable service with as few interruptions as possible.
• Sometimes, things happen—maintenance, unexpected outages, you name it. While we’ll do our best to keep disruptions to a minimum, we’re not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.

6. Account Changes or Goodbye?

• You can delete your account or pause your subscription anytime in your account settings.
• If you delete your account, all your stored data will be removed. Just make sure it’s what you want before hitting that button—we’ll miss you!

7. About Our AI Tools

CV Mgr uses AI to generate motivational letters and assist with other tasks. We train our AI to provide helpful, accurate content, but we can’t guarantee perfection.

Please double-check any AI-generated content before using it. At the end of the day, it’s your responsibility to ensure it fits your needs.

8. Legal Stuff: Governing Law and Disputes

We’re based in Denmark, so Danish law applies to these terms and our services.

If there’s ever a legal disagreement, it’ll be handled in Danish courts.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may tweak these terms now and then to keep up with changes in the service or the law. If we make major updates, we’ll let you know via email or on the platform.
